LIBRARY

The goal of the Port City Academy Library is to provide a wide variety of books and multimedia resources that support learning, spark curiosity, and foster a lifelong love of reading.

From Transitional Kindergarten through 5th grade, students explore literature appreciation, library skills, and the differences between fiction and nonfiction. They learn how to use reference materials, build beginning research skills, and develop the confidence to find, evaluate, and share information.

Our library is a welcoming space where students can discover new interests, expand their knowledge, and grow as independent, motivated readers and learners.
