Do you enjoy helping others and making your school even better?

Student Council members work together to plan school events, share student ideas, build school spirit, and help make Port City Academy a positive place for everyone.

As a student leader, you'll learn responsibility, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills while making a difference on campus.

🤝 Peer Connection

Be the reason someone smiles today!

Peer Connection students help create a welcoming and inclusive school community by building friendships, supporting classmates, and encouraging kindness throughout campus.

Students learn how to be positive role models while helping others feel seen, included, and supported.

✊ Black Student Union (BSU)

Celebrate culture. Build community. Inspire leadership.

The Black Student Union provides students with opportunities to celebrate Black history, culture, leadership, and achievement while learning about the importance of respect, inclusion, and community.

All students are welcome to learn, participate, and help create a school where everyone belongs.

🛍️ Puma Store

The Puma Store is where students can spend the Puma Cards they've earned through positive behavior, responsibility, and hard work.

Students can save their Puma Cards for larger rewards or spend them on fun items throughout the year.

Every Puma Card is earned by showing our school values and making positive choices.

Interested in joining one of our activities or clubs?

Beginning August 21, students and families are welcome to contact Ms. Nishawna, Ms. Bree, or Ms. Netta to learn about available clubs, ask questions, and find out how to get involved.

Please note that club offerings may change from year to year and are based on student interest and the availability of staff moderators. Some clubs may have limited space, while others may be added throughout the school year as new opportunities become available.
